Craig and Julie’s service was exceptional - fast, friendly and great value. Craig gave me helpful options and walked me through how each might work. Thank you!

Really happy with the service from Craig and Julie. There was an unexpected issue during the plumbing work, but they took the time to look into it and explain everything clearly. I really appreciated their communication, understanding, and the way they handled the situation. Great service and would definitely recommend them!

Craig was a consistent and hard worker and very thorough, replacing a gas water tank

Absolutely fantastic service! We had an external cylinder installed at our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the job. Craig was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything he had done, answered all our questions, and even taught us a thing or two about plumbing along the way. Craig was honest, approachable, professional, and gave us complete confidence that the job was being done properly by someone who was both capable and qualified. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and makes the whole process so easy. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable plumber.

Really great service from Craig! He came out at short notice to sort a leak in my apartment and had it fixed so quickly. He was really friendly, professional and explained what was happening, which was really helpful. Really appreciated him coming out so urgently and getting everything sorted so quickly!

Appreciate Craig coming through on a Sunday afternoon to assess and fix our slow flushing toilet. Great service, professional and helpful. Took the initiative to clear the outside grate and fix our sliding toilet seat issue as well, which was all done within the minimum callout time, one hour. Would use service again and highly recommend to family and friends.

We’re very happy with our new hot water cylinder! The installation was excellent, and the whole job was completed to a very high standard. The work was neat, tidy, and professional. We really appreciate the great service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.
