We turned to Plumb after our experience with a previous plumbing company left us dismayed at their poor communication, selective interpretation of reality [and a selective memory], and a disturbing ability to charge like a wounded bill [despite their work being excellent]. Plumb: - Communicates effectively - Isn't disconnected from reality - Charges fairly and clearly communicates costs. With respect to the plumber who attended the job. Arthur was - in a word - awesome. He explained things clearly and demonstrated quick/ emergency fixes to ameliorate having to deal with another flood Was good humoured, patient and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I missed obvious problems in lodging the call. As I said to him at the time, training is great, but experience wins out every time. Would use Plumb again. Would recommend a 100%

Couldn't recommend highly enough! Craig came out on a Sunday to fix my leaking hot water cylinder, was upfront about the cost from the start and went above and beyond. He was friendly, great to chat to and took the time to show me where my water mains were and how to turn everything off in an emergency. I also really appreciated how fair and reasonable his pricing was after having recently paid another plumbing company more to replace a couple of toilet parts on a regular weekday. I can see why Plumb Plumbing has a five-star Google rating, I'm glad I trusted the reviews - thanks Craig!
