At Plumb Plumbing of Wellington, we supply and install a wide range of hot water cylinders. This includes smaller sized 25 litre cylinders (for specific kitchen sites), through to standard 180 and 250 litre cylinders, and larger family size 340 litre cylinders.

We only work with quality brands, including Rheem and Rinnai. These two quality brands offer a range of hot water cylinders, including:

We offer a 1-year workmanship guarantee for our on-site plumbing and installation service, plus all Rinnai and Rheem cylinders are supplied with the manufacturers’ warranty. All Rinnai cylinders have a 7 or 10 year warranty, and Rheem provides a 5 -12 year warranty. See warranty details below.

Rheem Warranties

  • Rheem copper (for low pressure): 5 years
  • Rheem vitreous enamel: 10 – 12 years
  • Rheem stainless steel: 10 years

The Rheem manufacturer’s manual will also detail any servicing requirements needed to meet and maintain your cylinder warranty. For vitreous enamel cylinders this includes the maintenance of your sacrificial anode.

Rinnnai Warranties

  • Rinnai vitreous enamel (indoor/outdoor): 7 years
  • Rinnai stainless steel: 10 years

The Rinnai manufacturer’s manual will also detail any servicing requirements needed to meet and maintain your cylinder warranty. For vitreous enamel cylinders this includes the maintenance of your sacrificial anode.
